FAQ

Do I need a PayPal account?
No. PayPal's checkout accepts guest credit / debit card payments without requiring an account — choose "Pay with debit or credit card" on the PayPal page.
How do I cancel?
One-click in billing. You keep Pro features until the end of the period you've already paid for.
What about refunds?
Email us within 7 days of a charge — we issue full refunds, no questions asked. Beyond that we handle case-by-case.
What happens to my wishlist if I downgrade?
Nothing — your data stays. You just can't add new items past the free-tier 10-track cap until you free a slot or re-subscribe.
What about my Owned library?
Marking individual tracks as Owned is unlimited on every plan and stays yours forever. Pro only gates the bulk-import-from-Rekordbox shortcut — manual marking keeps working if you downgrade.
Which playlist exports does the importer accept?
Rekordbox's tab-separated "Export to file" out-of-the-box. The parser auto-detects column order, so any TSV with Track Title + Artist headers works — Serato and Traktor exports usually pass through fine too.
