What CrateRadar is

CrateRadar is a search engine that indexes publicly-available store listings for hardstyle and hardcore music. We don’t host audio, we don’t sell tracks, and we don’t have any official affiliation with the stores we index unless explicitly announced on /affiliate-disclosure .

Affiliate disclosure (summary)

Some click-through links to stores carry an affiliate tag, meaning we earn a small commission when you purchase. The price you pay doesn’t change. The full list of stores we have an affiliate relationship with — and the disclosure language required by the FTC — lives at /affiliate-disclosure .

Pro subscriptions

• Pro is offered on monthly and annual cycles, billed by PayPal. You can see pricing on /pricing .
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each cycle until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from /account/billing or directly from your PayPal account. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep Pro access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
• Refunds: full refund within 7 days of any charge, no questions asked. Contact us and we’ll process it. Beyond 7 days we handle case-by-case in good faith.
• We may change Pro pricing or features in the future. If we do, current subscribers keep their existing terms until the next renewal at the new rate; you’ll be notified by email at least 14 days before any change takes effect.

Acceptable use

The following are not allowed:

• Automated scraping of CrateRadar pages or APIs. Our public-facing pages exist for human users; if you want programmatic access, get in touch.
• Sharing a single Pro account between multiple people. Pro is per-user.
• Using the contact form for spam or unsolicited commercial messaging.
• Attempting to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or paywalls.

Accounts found in violation may be suspended or terminated without refund.

Availability

We try to keep the service running, but we don’t guarantee uptime. CrateRadar is provided “as is” without any warranty. We won’t be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service — to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime from /account/profile or by contacting us . Deleting an account cancels any active Pro subscription and removes your wishlist + follows + search history.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Norway. If a dispute arises that we can’t resolve directly, the competent courts of Norway have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
